We’re Kimberly and Diana, co-founders of DKJG Business Ventures LLC, a locally owned real estate solutions company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born and raised in New Mexico, we are proud to serve our community as local investors who care about the people behind every property.

Our journey didn’t begin in real estate — we’re both dental hygienists by profession. While working in healthcare taught us the importance of compassion, honesty, and integrity, we saw a growing need to bring those same values into real estate. That’s why we started our business: to help homeowners in difficult situations find solutions when the traditional real estate process doesn’t fit their needs.

We specialize in working with people who may be going through tough times — whether it’s financial hardship, inherited property, or needing to sell quickly. Our goal is always to create win-win solutions, provide relief, and help homeowners move forward into a better financial situation.
